His focus is on moving beyond traditional outsourcing and technology-led transformation towards operating models that continually improve and deliver measurable outcomes.

Minnie leads growth at OpsTeam across revenue, marketing and client expansion. She works closely with clients to understand their operational priorities and shape how OpsTeam can support them across transformation and managed operations.
